How Did We Do? As one of the most advanced business simulations available it provides participant-teams with a rich selection of information and results, all presented in an easy to use format. No other simulation matches the depth of feedback that our simulation provides! And feedback is critical for reflective diagnosis in order to improve performance.
They get feedback reports from customers, data about what competition is doing, and their own company's performance. Teams analyze these reports at the beginning of each simulation "round" so that they can improve future performance with more effective decisions. Our facilitator also has access to the most comprehensive results and analysis reporting system allowing them to see where teams fared well and where they may need a little more attention.
