Our Business Simulations - what are they?They help develop an integrated business management skill-set. Participant-teams are placed into a very realistic business setting. They run a virtual company for six to eight business quarters and teams compete with each other for market leadership. The purpose of the simulation is to help develop insights into the strategic and operational issues of a business enterprise, by making many cross-functional decisions and analyzing the consequences.
