On-line Business Simulations
Yes! You can have your participants work virtually. This is an alternative to our "physical", workshop-based format. And, our newest release even has built-in collaboration tools to make it easy for virtual teams to work through the simulation.
You can buy access to one of our business simulations and then deploy it in your organization either as a fully self-directed solution or, as a facilitated on-line solution.
Self-directed Solution
Ideal for Corporate Universities, or other business entities, that want to make a business simulation a part of their ongoing development efforts.
Individuals or teams can progress through the simulation at their own pace. There is enough guidance provided in the simulation to help them with navigation and business considerations to help with their decision-making.
Facilitated Solution
This option provides more value as our executive facilitator conducts on-line debriefs/discussions at scheduled intervals during the course of the simulation.
Performance reports are discussed and relevant management theory/content is presented.
Blended Learning
Depending on your objectives, our approach using web-based simulation, e-coaching, and a short, bricks'n'mortar workshop might be suitable. We can discuss this option when we discuss your needs.
